Chief Executive Officer at ATR International AG

Warren is 52 years old, is married with two daughters at university in South Africa, is an avid cyclist and triathlete and has been the Chief Executive of ATR International AG since December of 2020.

He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994 and started his career in the automotive industry when he joined a 1st tier Constant Velocity joint manufacturer supplying into the OE market in South Africa in 1995.

He joined Midas Limited, the largest distributor in the South African Independent Aftermarket (IAM) in 1998 and over the next 21 years worked in many positions within Midas including that of Sales Director, Chief Operating Officer in 2009 and taking over as CEO in 2011. During this time Midas was acquired by management in a leveraged buyout and traded as an owner managed business for almost 15 years. He gained extensive experience in the independent aftermarket, growing the business organically and by acquisition. The group is the largest franchisor in the Southern African automotive aftermarket, managing over 700 franchisees across several workshop concepts and retail franchises. Midas joined ATR International AG in 2012 and Warren was appointed to the Supervisory Board of ATR in 2015.

In December 2019 Warren resigned from Midas to take a sabbatical, however these plans were interrupted by the pandemic that arrived in early 2020. He joined ATR International AG as CEO in December 2020 and relocated to Germany a year later once travel restrictions allowed. He joined the Figiefa Board late in 2021 as the Partner Members representative.
